* To receive a full refund without an exchange, you must file your claim within fourteen days of receiving your wrong or damaged item.
** If you file your claim after fourteen (14) days of receiving your wrong or damaged item and you do not want a replacement a full store credit will be applied.
To receive a full Refund without an exchange, you must file your claim within fourteen days of receiving your defective or damaged item. Approved refunds are immediately processed, and a credit is applied to your original method of payment (such as Credit Card, Debit Card, Digital Wallet, PayPal, etc.)
Please be patient. Even though we get on the ball right away some banks and credit card companies take up to ten business days to process a refund. We know. Good ole' banks! The good news is most of the time your funds are received quicker, but we thought we should give you the heads-up! If we sent you a Refund Notice and you still have not received your funds after 7 - 10 business days first contact your payment provider to verify the refund and rectify the problem. If you're still having problems after contacting your payment provider then contact us again at support@defiantsociety.com
