Shipping Policy

Defiant Society is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. We are also not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays, mechanical issues, etc. In cases such as these, please directly contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue or give you a way to track the problem yourself.

Please note that every year starting from the first week in December our delivery services may slow down significantly due to the high volume of packages being shipped. Unfortunately once a package leaves our warehouse the delivery time is out of our control. If you have an item already in factory production or transit we will quickly let you know of any delays once we are notified.

HOLIDAY SEASON DEADLINE - NOVEMBER 15 

Order by November 15 and your item will be on time for your gift opening on December 25. Why November 15? Because after years of shipping parcels we know the proper date to tell our customers. If you order after November 15 your item may not arrive on time.

Shipping is always FREE at Defiant Society.

If you order more then one item there is a chance you could have each item shipped to you at separate times.
